Development Services combines the County functions of Planning and Zoning, Building Inspections, Fire Inspections, Geographic Information Systems, and Projects and Facilities Management. Consolidated in 2004 from the various departments, Development Services seeks to provide a single source of information and assistance to the public regarding land development, permitting, planning services and administration, geographic information, and addressing.
